Reason number one: Quarterback Todd Collins. He had a past history working closely with Offensive Coordinator Al Saunders and as a result was familiar with Saunders’ playbook. Reason number two: December 14th, 2007, he became the proud father of a new baby, and as a result, his life was in harmony.
And Reason number three: Sean Taylor’s death. The team was “excelling for a higher order,” keeping his memory alive.
